1. How do I return an online purchase?
You may return most online purchases within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

- Locate your order under “Purchase History”
- Follow the return instructions
- Package your items securely and attach the prepaid return label
2. What items are final sale?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Underwear
- Earrings
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
3. How long do returns take to process?
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds: 5-7 business days after processing
- Store credit: Immediate upon processing
- Original payment method refunds may take additional banking processing time
4. Do I need to pay return shipping?
Standard returns include a prepaid return label. Some exceptions may apply for international returns or special circumstances.
5. Can I return online purchases in stores?
Yes, most online purchases can be returned at our retail locations. Please bring:
- Your order confirmation email
- Original payment method (for refunds)
- All items in original condition with tags

7. Can I exchange an item?

10. Can I return sale items?
Most sale items can be returned within 30 days, provided they meet our return conditions. Some promotional items may be final sale.

12. Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be issued as an e-gift card.
